The Accompanying Person Registration Fee includes:

Traditional Cyprus Tavern Dinner:

The fee for the tavern dinner on Friday 8 April is not included in the daily fee. If you may wish to book your place, please contact us for further information at ercsg2022@mseventsnow.com

TRANSPORT

Your transportation from Larnaca or Pafos airport to Poseidonia Beach Hotel, Limassol and return will be arranged. For further information, please send us your travel details via e-mail at ercsg2022@mseventsnow.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation: Any cancellation must be notified by email to M.S Events Now Productions Ltd at ercsg2022@mseventsnow.com

Cancellation before March 7th 2022, 50 % of the fee will be retained. Cancellation after March 7th 2022: no refund will be possible.
